Google has released it’s url shortener url service. However, it would appear the only way to access the web page is to type in the url: goo.gl. I cannot find a link from the drop-down menus once signed into your Google account. The service is also not listed in on their More Google Products page.
With this in mind, I guess one can only bookmark it.

After deciding that I wanted to purchase the HTC Desire, the Desire is only available on the US Cellular network. Upon checking their web site I have found that they do not provide coverage in the area that I live. Therefore, and for obvious reasons, the HTC Desire isn’t going to be the phone I purchase.
